Project Case Study
A 10,000 square foot data hall powered down, cleared of racks, cooling, and standby power, and taken back to bare slab.
The Project
This Kansas City facility was retiring a 10,000 square foot data center and needed everything out: the server racks, the cooling plant, the UPS and transfer switches, the standby generator, and the raised floor itself. Powerhouse Systems handled the complete scope, from powering down live equipment to pulling the last floor tile. Our own crew performed the disconnect, rigging, and removal, so the owner coordinated with a single contractor from first walkthrough to final broom sweep.

Equipment Recovered
Recovered equipment is refurbished and resold, which is what lets us pay for the gear we remove instead of charging to haul it away.
Whether it is a single equipment room or a full facility, we handle the electrical and IT scope from walkthrough to broom-clean handover.
