Project Case Study
A 10,000 square foot data center with an outdoor generator plant, craned out, demolished, and turned over clean.
The Project
This San Diego project combined an interior decommissioning with serious outdoor rigging. Inside, Powerhouse Systems removed four 400 kVA Mitsubishi UPS systems and twenty 20-ton Liebert CRAC units from the 10,000 square foot facility. Outside, two 1,000 kW Kohler generators came out of their masonry enclosures by crane, and the block walls came down behind them. Our own crew handled the disconnect, the crane picks, the demolition, and the loadout, delivering a clean site under a single contract.

Equipment Recovered
Recovered equipment is refurbished and resold, which is what lets us pay for the gear we remove instead of charging to haul it away.
Whether it is a single equipment room or a full facility, we handle the electrical and IT scope from walkthrough to broom-clean handover.
