Project Case Study
A clean shutdown and removal of server infrastructure and standby power, turned over as empty, broom-clean space.
The Project
This Oak Ridge facility needed its data center equipment removed cleanly and completely. Powerhouse Systems handled the full electrical and IT scope: powering down, disconnecting, and removing the server racks and the standby generator, then clearing the room for handover. Our own crew performed the disconnect, rigging, and removal, so the building owner coordinated with a single contractor from first walkthrough to final pickup.
Before, During, After

Equipment Recovered
On this project the facility was paid $12,000 for its equipment and had the room cleared in 10 days — turning what is usually a disposal cost into money back. Recovered equipment is refurbished and resold, which is what lets us pay for the gear we remove instead of charging to haul it away.
Whether it is a single equipment room or a full facility, we handle the electrical and IT scope from walkthrough to broom-clean handover.
